Furzer Crestani Forensic - ACT Handbook - February 2020 Release

We are pleased to advise that ACT Workers Compensation Act Handbook has been updated to 28 February 2020. This release includes.

1. Updated Indexation Variations table to take into account the Workers Compensation Amendment Act 2017 which changes the Death Benefits base amount and indexation per Section 77 of the Act.

2. The inclusion of the Statutory Ceiling (Section 42 of the Act) and the Wage Price Index (Section 78 (7) of the Act).

3. Updated Average Weekly Earnings tables which includes the November 2019 AWE.
